I’ve been working with Kristen Peña of K Interiors (phenomenal designer, phenomenal firm) for a few years now. It all started with a project that came with its own set of common challenges; a high-needs client, a fired architect, a large historic home, and plans that kept evolving. Kristen and I learned quickly how to communicate clearly, stay aligned, and take the challenges head on as a unified builder-designer team.

Over the years, we’ve taken on more work together, including our largest project, which was just recently completed. Having that kind of rapport and shared philosophy for the work, around details, business, and how we show up for both the project and the client, makes the work better.
