Aaron Gordon
President & CEO
Aaron discovered his love of building early on and later paired it with a strong business background shaped by years working in his father’s manufacturing company and a degree from Sonoma State University. After time spent as a stagehand and set builder, and as his own construction projects grew, he earned his general contractor’s license and founded AGC.
Aaron Gordon has spent over twenty-five years guiding architecturally complex residential projects across San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. The types of projects that require not just technical command, but judgment, patience, and a deep respect for how design becomes lived space.
That commitment to building at a high level eventually carried him beyond California. In 2026, Aaron established the Mountain West subsidiary of AGC in Park City, Utah, bringing the same discipline and expectations to a very different landscape and scale of work.
Outside of work, Aaron finds grounding in rural California — sometimes on the lake with his wife and son, other times in solitude, building, fishing, and tending to his land.
Matt Gorgolinski
Partner
Matt, Partner at AGC Mountain West, focuses on helping the firm grow with intention through the right people, partnerships, and projects. Before joining AGC, Matt spent over half a decade running a specialized search firm serving luxury residential and hospitality builders, architects, and design studios across the country, placing senior leadership on some of the most complex homes being built today.
That work gave him a clear view of what truly differentiates high-performing construction firms; strong leadership, disciplined hiring, and teams aligned around clear standards. He has led searches for organizations ranging from ten-person studios to firms with hundreds of employees, helping them build durable leadership across operations, project management, and executive roles.
At AGC, Matt applies that perspective supporting strategic growth so the firm can take on increasingly complex work without compromising quality. His role is centered on securing the right projects and building the teams behind them.
Outside of AGCMW, Matt remains an active voice in the industry, sharing insights on leadership, team-building, and sustainable growth in construction.
Bee Rasmussen
Director of brand & Marketing
Bee, Director of Brand & Marketing at AGC Mountain West, focuses on shaping how the firm shows up in its language, relationships, and long-term presence in the communities it works within.
Bee’s work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, and business development. She brings years of experience working alongside leadership teams in high-end residential construction, design-build, and design, helping firms clarify their point of view, strengthen trust with clients and partners, and grow strategically.
At AGC Mountain West, Bee is responsible for stewarding the firm’s brand as it expands into the Mountain West — ensuring that its values, standards, and way of working translate thoughtfully to a new place. Her role is less about promotion and more about alignment; helping the right people find the firm, and helping the firm build the kinds of relationships and projects it’s proud to stand behind.
When Bee isn’t immersed in brand and marketing, she’s usually with her mini Australian shepherd or sneaking in a surf at the break across the street from her small San Francisco apartment.
